Welcome to Basirhat Honey Cultivators R.E.H. Industrial Co-op. Society Limited. By placing an order for our bulk honey supply, you agree to the following terms and conditions:
1. Product Information
1.1 We supply raw, natural honey in bulk quantities.
1.2 No certifications (e.g., organic, FSSAI, or quality assurance) are provided for the honey.
1.3 All products are sold on an “as-is” basis, and it is the buyer’s responsibility to ensure the honey meets their requirements before purchase.
2. Orders and Payment
2.1 A minimum advance payment of 50% of the total order value is required at the time of placing an order.
2.2 The remaining 50% payment must be cleared before logistics booking or pickup of the product, whichever is earlier.
2.3 Failure to complete payments within the stipulated time will result in cancellation of the order, and the advance payment will be forfeited.
2.4 Payments are non-refundable once the order has been prepared for dispatch.
3. Logistics and Delivery Responsibility
3.1 The buyer is solely responsible for all logistics, transportation, and delivery arrangements for the purchased honey.
3.2 The buyer must ensure that the honey is picked up from our facility within the agreed timeline.
3.3 All risks, including loss, damage, or delays during transportation, transfer to the buyer once the honey leaves our premises.
3.4 We are not liable for any transportation issues, including delays, damages, or loss of goods during transit.

4.1 The buyer must inspect the honey at the time of pickup.
4.2 Once the honey is handed over to the buyer or their designated logistics provider, it is deemed accepted, and no claims regarding quality or condition will be entertained.
